"Joe Benitez and his staff epitomize the term, excellent customer service.  My daughter’s car has been in the shop unfortunately too many times for me to recall, most of the time for warranty work, sometimes for scheduled maintenance and once for accident related repairs.  Each and every time the service has been outstanding.  
 
When she first needed work on the car we took it to VW South and were extremely displeased.  We attempted to make an appointment at Deel VW and they advised me to call some where else since they could not even make an appointment for at least 2 months.  
 
My secretary then recommended Esserman and specifically Joe.  This has proven to be fantastic recommendation.  I have visited many dealership service centers in South Florida and with the exception of County Line Lexus your service is one of the best.  Please don’t feel slighted by the Lexus service because that is from the dealer I purchased the car from and the value of the car is considerable more.  
 
But realize I am comparing your service department with [Another Dealer] Mercedes-Benz, [Another Dealer] Volvo and [Another Dealer] Range-Rover.  With all of these dealerships I have purchased cars from them and get loaners but I would happily make my own arrangements to get any where near the quality I get from your staff.  Thanks for making the unpleasant situation of needing to bring a car in for service into such a pleasant situation."
